How do I order things?
Dirt Works is an importer and wholesaler of bicycle products. In most cases, your local bicycle retailer is the place to start for anything you might want. We believe that the LBS should always be your first call.
In some cases, however, our suppliers have requested that product be available directly as well. Click the links on the brands page for details. And if you're unsure, shoot us an email.

Do you still service suspension?
When we started Dirt Works back in 1994, suspension and disc brakes were just starting to take off. Very few stores were geared up to deal with that kind of technical service. So we established a workshop in order to properly support those products.
It's now 2018. There are now plenty of stores that not only have full hydraulic service centres inside their stores, there are also some amazing privately run suspension tuning centres as well. So in early 2012, we decided to shut our workshop down.
But don't stress... we still have 24 years of technical expertise crammed in our skulls, and advice and help are still available. We're just an email or phone call away.
