As riders ourselves, we know what feels good when you're out there on the trail, so when it comes to working on your suspension we do more than just the basics. We use all our expertise and do extra work to make it the best it can be, and if we think it could benefit from a new spring or upgrade, we'll call you with the options. Then we'll test it on our computerised dynometer to make sure that you get the same quality of service every time.
We have a reputation for industry leading turnaround times for service and custom tuning work. Currently we're averaging less than 48 hours in house. Then before you know it, it's back and you're enjoying the trails again.
We answer your phone call ourselves, not with a machine. We hate those answering machines as much as you do. Our tech dept answer their own email too.

 Dirt Works is proud to announce that we are soon to be the authorised agents in Australia for Push Industries. Darren Murphy of Push and Dirt Works have a long history and the two are a natural fit.
Push have gained a deserved reputation as the magic workers of bicycle suspension. Send them an off-the-shelf product and they'll customise it for you using their own proprietry internals to suit your own riding style and needs. However until this partnership, that simply wasn't an option for Australian riders.
Push currently perform work on Rockshox, Fox and Marzocchi rear shocks and Rockshox and Fox forks. Stay tuned and we'll be advising when we're ready to start "Pushing" your forks and shocks.
