We have an obligation to you and to our suppliers to be completely honest in our assessment of each claim.

We support genuine warranty claims, and want you to be happy with the quality of your purchases.

Where examination of the product shows the claim to fall outside warranty criteria, however, we can't place ourselves in the position of defrauding our suppliers with false claims.
